Kara's exquisitely unique Kahuna Bodywork sessions assist on many levels,Including; releasing tension in the body and inspiring you to flow and access your wellspring of energy within.

Each session with Kara is unique and adaptable to suit each individual.

The bodywork is a therapeutic massage using hands and forearms, with a consistent rhythm and depth as deep as the individual may require. It also involves mobilisation of the shoulders and hip joints. 

The effects of the session last beyond the treatment itself.effects lasting  beyond the treatment itself. 

Kara also works with hot stones and pregnancy bodywork.

She holds fortnightly movement meditation and stretching workshops. The workshops connect the individual with their bodies and centre of power, to ignite the spirit and open to life's opportunities.

Kara has trained extensively both here and in Hawaii with the ancient ways of healing, and with the founders of this bodywork. Kara’s training in natural therapies began over 8 years ago.

The focus of her work is on igniting the individual’s spirit and facilitating the discovery of the path of their passion.

1hr treatment bodywork $95

1.5 hr bodywork $130

2hr bodywork $160

Heated Stone Treatments $10 extra
